This notice explains the information used by Solfuture’s battery store enquiry and email signup features.

Information you provide

An enquiry may include your name, email, phone number, postcode, preferred package and details you choose to share about your home and solar system. We use these details to respond, assess the requested installation and prepare your quote.

Email offers

Email signup is optional. If you choose to subscribe, your email address and signup consent are used to send Solfuture product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact sales@solfuture.com.au.

Store services

The Shopify storefront uses Shopify to provide store and customer form services. Information submitted there is processed by Shopify and relevant service providers, which may operate outside Australia. See Shopify’s consumer privacy policy for its handling of personal information.

Remembering your choices

The store remembers saved products, recently viewed packages, product selections and whether you dismissed the October offer. These preferences may be stored on your device. The store interface does not save the email, phone number or text you enter into an enquiry in local browser storage.
