Payment methods

Available packages can be purchased directly through our Shopify checkout. Select a priced, available configuration, add it to your cart, and review the order total before payment.

Available ways to pay

The payment methods available for your order are displayed in checkout. Card, digital wallet or PayPal options appear only when enabled and supported for your checkout. If a particular method is not shown, it is not available for that transaction.

Currency and order total

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST, eligible rebate deductions and installation inclusions are described on the product page. Any delivery charge applicable to your order is shown before payment. Do not place an order using an unpublished or zero-price configuration.

Secure payment

Payment is completed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider you choose. Do not send full card details or security codes by email, text or an enquiry form. Your order confirmation records the selected products and payment status.

Installation conditions

We confirm property requirements and rebate eligibility before scheduling installation. Any change to the equipment, scope or price requires your agreement. If the advertised order cannot proceed and you decline an alternative, the amount paid for the unfulfilled order is refundable under our refund policy.

Payment issues and refunds

If payment is declined, check the details or contact your payment provider. Before retrying an uncertain transaction, check for an order confirmation or contact us with the reference shown. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
