What's Included
Your GoodWe ESA installed package includes the following equipment and services, matched to the configuration you select.
- Battery storage: the selected modules listed below, with required battery management, base or mounting components for the agreed design.
- Inverter / controller × 1: One ESA EHA single-phase or ETA three-phase hybrid inverter, in your selected output.
- Connection materials: specified power cables, communication cables, connectors and installation metering. Cable types, lengths and quantities follow the approved installation design.
- Standard installation: the agreed standard installation scope, system commissioning and customer handover.
- Monitoring setup: setup of the supported monitoring service, using the connectivity equipment specified in your quote.
- Documents: operating instructions and applicable manufacturer warranty information.

Package details
Choose 16–48kWh usable storage with the listed single-phase or three-phase inverters. Larger 56kWh and 64kWh systems are available with the 20kW, 25kW and 30kW-class three-phase options.

Each G20 module provides 8.32kWh nominal and 8.0kWh usable energy. The 10kW and 30kW classes use AU-rated 9.999kW and 29.999kW inverters. 56kWh and 64kWh packages need multiple battery columns, with up to six modules per column. Layout, clearances and backup circuits are confirmed for your property.
Installation & rebates
Your selected package includes the specified battery, inverter, standard installation, commissioning and handover. We review your postcode, site conditions and rebate eligibility. Additional work requires your written agreement.
Where stated, advertised prices include eligible rebate deductions. Eligibility depends on your property, approved equipment and installation date. If the order cannot proceed on the advertised terms, we explain the options; you may decline a revised proposal and receive a refund for the unfulfilled order.

Warranty & returns
GoodWe’s current Australian inverter terms (Rev 5.8, July 2026) list 10 years for the ESA single-phase and three-phase families. The linked BAT 5.1/8.3 terms provide 10-year product and conditional performance cover, with a 70% retention threshold and a throughput limit of 3MWh per kWh of usable capacity. Time, throughput and operating conditions apply.
Accessories have separate cover, and the battery and inverter documents use different start-date rules. Read the applicable documents for claims, exclusions, freight and labour conditions. Solfuture installation workmanship cover and any additional cover must be stated in the quote. Australian Consumer Law rights remain available.
