What's Included

Your HYXI POWER installed package includes the following equipment and services, matched to the configuration you select.

Battery storage: the selected modules listed below, with required battery management, base or mounting components for the agreed design.
Inverter / controller × 1: One HYX-H5K-HS (5kW) or HYX-H8K-HS (8kW) single-phase hybrid inverter, as selected.
Connection materials: specified power cables, communication cables, connectors and installation metering. Cable types, lengths and quantities follow the approved installation design.
Standard installation: the agreed standard installation scope, system commissioning and customer handover.
Monitoring setup: setup of the supported monitoring service, using the connectivity equipment specified in your quote.
Documents: operating instructions and applicable manufacturer warranty information.

Choose 15.9kWh or 21.2kWh nominal storage with a 5kW or 8kW HYX-HS single-phase hybrid inverter. The modular system brings solar, storage and monitoring together.

The featured 20kWh-class package pairs an 8kW HYX-H8K-HS single-phase inverter with 21.2kWh nominal / 20.14kWh usable storage, as specified in the current Australian HYX-E datasheet. Actual available energy depends on operating conditions and reserve settings.

Installation & rebates

Your selected package includes the specified battery, inverter, standard installation, commissioning and handover. We review your postcode, site conditions and rebate eligibility. Additional work requires your written agreement.

Where stated, advertised prices include eligible rebate deductions. Eligibility depends on your property, approved equipment and installation date. If the order cannot proceed on the advertised terms, we explain the options; you may decline a revised proposal and receive a refund for the unfulfilled order.

Warranty & returns

The manufacturer’s Australian terms dated 26 February 2026 list 10 years for HYX-H5K-HS and HYX-H8K-HS inverters. HYX-E batteries carry a 10-year warranty with cycle, capacity-retention and application limits; the first applicable limit governs. Accessories have separate terms. Any extended cover and Solfuture installation workmanship warranty must be stated in your quote.

The manufacturer defines the start date using purchase, registration or shipment timing. Its device warranty is separate from accessories and installation labour.
