What's Included

Your Sigenergy SigenStor installed package includes the following equipment and services, matched to the configuration you select.

Battery storage: the selected modules listed below, with required battery management, base or mounting components for the agreed design.
Inverter / controller × 1: One SigenStor Energy Controller in your selected output and phase.
Connection materials: specified power cables, communication cables, connectors and installation metering. Cable types, lengths and quantities follow the approved installation design.
Standard installation: the agreed standard installation scope, system commissioning and customer handover.
Monitoring setup: setup of the supported monitoring service, using the connectivity equipment specified in your quote.
Documents: operating instructions and applicable manufacturer warranty information.

BAT 10.0 is the model name. The April 2026 datasheet lists 9.0kWh usable; the March warranty uses 8.76kWh for performance testing. A single module is limited to 4.6kW before losses. Backup requires a separately quoted Gateway and circuits.

Installation & rebates

Your selected package includes the specified battery, inverter, standard installation, commissioning and handover. We review your postcode, site conditions and rebate eligibility. Additional work requires your written agreement.

Where stated, advertised prices include eligible rebate deductions. Eligibility depends on your property, approved equipment and installation date. If the order cannot proceed on the advertised terms, we explain the options; you may decline a revised proposal and receive a refund for the unfulfilled order.

Warranty & returns

The Australian / New Zealand terms dated 12 March 2026 provide 10 years for Sigen batteries and Energy Controllers. Battery performance cover ends at 10 years or the minimum throughput, whichever comes first, with a 70% retention threshold. BAT 10.0 uses an 8.76kWh test baseline and 33.29MWh throughput. Optional EV DC modules have 3-year cover; decorative light strips have 2 years.

Cover begins at installation/activation/registration or 180 days after factory shipment, whichever is earlier. Internet connectivity is a warranty condition: disconnection beyond 90 days triggers Safe Operation Mode; beyond one year reduces cover to 5 years from activation. Operating, installation and claim conditions apply. Solfuture workmanship terms are confirmed in your quote. Australian Consumer Law rights remain available.
